Non-Medical services are provided to those who need help performing personal care or homemaking tasks. These services are done by homehealth aides, homemakers or personal care attendant. At Century, a Nurse draws up a care plan that these aides must follow at each visit. The aides work under the supervision of a Nurse. Routine supervision is conducted to ensure the care plan is being followed. Documentation detailing what was done in each visit is maintained and contantly reviewed by a nurse or case manager.
